Unquenchable Love

God has an unquenchable love for you. You can't hide from it. You can't run from it. It's with you every day of your life, whether you recognize it or not! His love is there for you even if you're ticked off at God for allowing things to happen, or not doing things the way you think He should!

LAMENTATIONS 3:22-23

22 Through the LORD’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not.

23 They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness.

His love and his mercy cannot be out done. He has watched over you from the moment He thought about you, long before you were ever born! That is why the Scripture says "I knew you before I formed you in your mothers womb"!

Jeremiah 1:5 “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations.”

God is constant, and never changes. Just as we trust that the sun rises every morning and the moon and the stars come out at night, we can trust that He is faithful and constant in our lives. If we call upon our Father in deep distress, He is faithful to comfort and provide for us. When we repent, He is always faithful to forgive and restore us. He desires to take us out of the pit we may be in, and place us on a high mountain!

DEUTERONOMY 7:9

9 “Therefore know that the LORD your God, He is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and mercy for a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His commandments;

THE LORD SINGS OVER YOU

ZEPHANIAH 3:17 The LORD your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing.

To think that the God of heaven and earth is singing over you is an indescribable feeling! To know that his unquenchable love for you is so great, should press you to want to get to know HIM! This is the desire of God's heart - for you to be known by Him and for you to know Him!

1 CORINTHIANS 8:3

3 But if anyone loves God, this one is known by Him.

JESUS PRAYES OVER YOU

John 17:3

3 And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent

John 17:9

9 “I pray for them. I do not pray for the world but for those whom You have given Me, for they are Yours.

Our Savior's love for us is so deep that he prays over us constantly. This is no small prayer, but one of power and full of glory. As you read these scriptures, let it soak in how much He loves you and desires a deeper relationship with you.

John 17:20-26

20 “I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word;

21 that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me.

22 And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one:

23 I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.

24 “Father, I desire that they also whom You gave Me may be with Me where I am, that they may behold My glory which You have given Me; for You loved Me before the foundation of the world.

25 O righteous Father! The world has not known You, but I have known You; and these have known that You sent Me.

26 And I have declared to them Your name, and will declare it, that the love with which You loved Me may be in them, and I in them.”

PRAYER

Father I pray that you manifest yourself as never before to your people. Let them understand your unquenchable love for them. Let the prayers that Jesus prays over us fully manifest as we receive them! You are worthy of our love and praise! Fulfill your word in your people!
