THE MORNING STAR

JESUS is THE ultimate supernatural being of all time or that will ever be. We as humans are drawn to the supernatural and should be, it's in our DNA. Because we, like all creation, are supernaturally formed by nothing other than the word of God being spoken - we are spiritual beings before we are human beings.

Here lies the deception - Satan always has a counterfeit. Hollywood has produced so many movies and TV shows with characters that have supernatural powers, eluding to the dark side.

Because of this, the devil has blinded people to God’s supernatural activities. Even so, many of us perceive or judge ALL supernatural things as being evil and something to stay away from.

As humans, we don't understand fully the supernatural world. Satan has tried to distract us and scare us into thinking that all supernatural things are evil. But the reality is that our God is the ultimate supernatural being!

Take a look at this scripture. Often, people in the church are denying the supernatural POWER of God.

2 TIMOTHY 3:5 5 Having a form of Godliness, but denying its power - And from such people turn away!

WE MUST tap into our supernatural power from GOD in order to defeat and annihilate the works of the devil, We must tap into the supernatural things of God in our life to subdue and take dominion over those things, with none other than THE BRIGHT AND MORNING STAR, the king of heaven, our Messiah, taking the lead. With instructions and guidance of the Holy Spirit, we work together supernaturally to do these things.

When Jesus came to earth and defeated the works of the devil, he bought back what was stolen from us.

He restored authority and ability to subdue and have dominion over all the works of the devil.

LUKE 10:18-19 18 And He (Jesus) said to them, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. 19 Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

JESUS WAS PROPHESIED AS THE COMING STAR AND KING IN THE OLD TESTAMENT

NUMBERS 24:17 17 “I see Him, but not now; I behold Him, but not near; A STAR shall come out of Jacob; A Scepter shall rise out of Israel, And batter the brow of Moab, And destroy all the sons of tumult.

*Note - In this scripture Jesus' coming is prophesied as being a STAR and the SCEPTER is what A King holds in his hand

A SIGN FROM HEAVEN (HIS STAR)

MATHEW 2:2 2 saying, “Where is He who has been born King of the Jews? For we have seen HIS STAR in the East and have come to worship Him.”

JESUS , THE STAR RISING IN YOUR HEART

2 PETER 1:19 19 And so we have the prophetic word confirmed, which you do well to heed as a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning STAR rises in your hearts;

JESUS ESTABLISHES HIMSELF AS THE STAR)

REVELATION 22:16

16 “I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things in the churches. I AM the Root and the Offspring of David, THE BRIGHT AND MORNING STAR.”

PRAYER Lord, You are magnificent! Establish Yourself in our hearts as that bright and morning star. As we receive You for who You truly are. We receive who You've created us to be. Empower us with the truth. YOU are the truth. Lead us into the life we were created to live, with power and authority to subdue and have dominion over every work of the evil one
